In 1992, our honeymoon through Italy ignited our passion for pasta!
Captivated by the artistry of boutique pasta makers, we wondered if the traditional taste and texture of Italian pasta could be modernized for the American market. We began to imagine the Pastabilities.
Our first idea worked! We used Italian artisanal pasta to create a wide variety of fun shapes like dinosaurs, paw prints, and hearts. These products created excitement and connections with families all over the country.
NOW:
Now, decades later, we've added health to our mission. For too long, Americans have been underwhelmed by "healthy" pasta.
Gluten-free removed the wheat which removed the very taste and texture we all love. So we wondered, "Wait a minute. How do we keep the wheat but make it better for you?"
Through years of innovation through our Nashville-based plant, we've developed recipes that deliver what's been missing for devoted pasta lovers: more protein, fewer net carbs, and lower calories with the taste and texture only wheat can provide.
